SHIPPING POLICY
Every effort is made to ship your order quickly, efficiently and cost effectively. Please ensure we have your full name, correct address and postal/zip codes. Also, please ensure we have a telephone number for shipping purposes.
ALL ORDERS ARE PAYABLE IN CANADIAN DOLLARS ONLY.
Shipping Methods: All orders are shipped UPS, CANPAR and Canada Post. All orders are shipped standard services unless stated otherwise or standard service is not available.
Upon receiving your order, we email you or call you with a price quote for shipping, at which point you will have the option on whether to go ahead with your order or not.
RETURN POLICY:
Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase unless authorized by us. An item must be in RE-SALEABLE condition and must be in original packaging. ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. All products must not be worn or damaged. Skate boots that have been mounted can not be returned. All tights are final sale.
Please send returns by REGULAR POST ONLY and allow 1-3 weeks for processing. When we receive the item we will credit your credit card. Spirals cannot be held responsible for misdirected, stolen or damaged goods. It is our suggestion that you insure your purchases and returns against these mishaps.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We will not accept any courier charges for returns.
EXCHANGES:
Ex-changes due to size or colour are subject to shipping charges. We will gladly exchange any new product for a different size or colour. You will not be charged a return fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you.
Exchanges MUST be be made within 30 days of purchase.
Exchanges MUST be returned by regular post.
NO COURIER charges will be accepted.
The exchange item MUST be new, re-saleable, and the tags must still be attached.
